A cleaning fee (see contract) – depending on type and size (room/apartment), ranging from 7,60 Euro.
And for special cases:
- Special cleaning (in case of heavy soiling)
- Outstanding home fees or expenses, charges, etc.
- Repair costs or replacement in case of damage
- Early termination of contract
