Welcome to the Club of Home. Our single rooms are between 20 and 16 m² in size and are well equipped. You will find a bed, wardrobe, desk, desk chair, storage and shelf. There is also a small hallway, a bathroom and a small built-in kitchenette with 2 hotplates, a small fridge and a sink. There you go, everything you need.

Everyone gets their own enclosed realm here. Equipped with a bedroom/study, hallway, bathroom and a small kitchenette. This makes the WIST Johanna-Studio Apartments particularly suitable for intensive studying and those seeking peace and quiet.

The communal kitchen on the 6th floor offers a panoramic view of Linz, the Danube and the Pöstlingberg. In addition, at WIST Johanna you will find a study room, a laundry room with a dryer, drying room, parking spaces and bicycle storage.

Simply have fun

Want to go for a run, swim or bike ride in between your studies? No problem. WIST Johanna is just a few minutes’ walk from the Danube embankment, the Parkbad and the famous Linz cycle path “Passau-Wien”. And if you want to take it easy, go to the Sandburg and the Donaupark.

A little peace

Everyone does their thing. Without disturbance and without noise. Those who still need some time out are in the old town in 5 minutes by bike and enjoy the many pubs of the student scene in Linz.
