How many people (single rooms) share the kitchen and bathroom?
13 single rooms
May I take my bicycle with me to my room?
Please use the bicycle parking space outside or the bicycle cellar.
Where is the laundry room?
It is located in the basement – just follow the signage in the house.
Which card do I need for the washing machine or dryer to work?
It is a LinzAG washing card. You can order the card online via www.linzag.at/waschkarte. You can charge the credit once it has arrived.
Where is the home bar located?
On the 13th floor.
Is there a fitness room?
Yes, it is in the basement.
Where can I play music or practise my instrument?
There is a very nice rehearsal room in the basement.
When can I move in?
You can find the exact move-in date in the letter under Move-in | Check in. However, you are welcome to make an appointment with our staff on site.
Are there parking spaces at House Barbara?
Yes, parking is free of charge. However, you will need a parking card, which you can get from the staff on site.
Can I move from a room to a flat?
Yes, just register for your preferred unit.
How quickly can I get a flat in Haus Barbara? Is there a waiting list?
- Basically, there is a waiting list for all types of flats. The waiting time can vary greatly.
- It is important that the application is submitted in full.
