How many people (single room) share the kitchen?
Between 22 – 28 people share a large communal kitchen.
With whom do I share the bathroom?
The bathrooms are shared with the whole floor.

Where can I park my bike?
There is a large bicycle cellar (with ramp) where you can store your bike.
Where can I do my laundry?
The washing machines are in the basement and work with 50 cent coins.
Are there parking spaces at House Franz?
Yes, they are free of charge. However, you will need a parking card, which you can get from the staff on site.
When can I move in?
You will find the exact move-in date in the letter under Move in | Check in. However, you are welcome to make an appointment with our staff on site.
Are there common rooms?
– 2nd floor: Billiard room
– 3rd floor: Common room
– 4th floor: Home bar
– 5th floor: study room
Otherwise there are: music room, rehearsal room, fitness room and infrared cabin.
Is there a music room/fitness room?
Both are in the basement.
